You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been processed. Please note that for personalized products, if the items have been taken into production, you cannot cancel the order anymore.

Typically, most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are received. Our Customer Support can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund.
